These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through our online store at www.casa32studio.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 1 – PRODUCTS

We offer a curated selection of beachwear and lifestyle products. Each item is described and presented as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of color will be entirely accurate.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any products we offer
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Refuse any order at our sole discretion

SECTION 2 – PRICING

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT (if registered).
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDER PROCESS

To place an order, simply add products to your cart and complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT

We accept secure payment by:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay (if available)

Payment must be completed in full at the time of order. Your payment information is handled securely and is never stored on our servers.

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY

We ship to countries within the European Union as well as select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for your convenience, but are not guaranteed.

Casa 32 is not liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at hello@studio32.boutique within 14 days. You then have 14 additional days to return the item(s) in their original, unused condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the original payment method.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygiene stickers in place.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.
