Our Story
A huge chunk of my childhood was spent in Ilhabela, a magical island where shoes were mostly optional and days were lived with lightness and freedom. Growing up surrounded by nature and watching the local caiçaras live in harmony with the sea taught me to appreciate simplicity in its purest form.
Casa 32 is my way of capturing that carefree spirit, celebrating life, movement, and the joy of living in tune with our surroundings. To me, clothing and objects should be nothing less than an extension of that: effortless, joyful, and made to last.
Launching Casa 32 is, in a way, my love letter to a life lived under the sun, a reminder that while summer may mean something different to each of us, the sense of freedom it brings is universal. Here’s to another season of chasing that feeling.

The Power of Local
In order to appeal to mass markets, brands have been focused on globalizing their offer. As a consequence, many have lost their local aesthetic, which is the very thing that made them unique in the first place. Casa 32 was created in an effort to bring back the power of local. The inspiration behind the brand is deeply personal, but its essence speaks to many ways of living. It’s not about geography, but about a mindset: embracing ease and carefree living.
The result is a universe of clothing and objects that fit different lifestyles, climates, and states of mind. At Casa 32, we believe that true style comes from authenticity and feeling most yourself, wherever you are. Each piece is designed to move with you. Our hope is that you’ll find something here that feels both familiar and new: a reminder of home, and an invitation to explore the world around you.

Transparency at the Core
From day one, we’ve believed that transparency should be at the heart of everything we do. As a small, independent brand, we know we’re not perfect, but we do our best to make thoughtful choices, especially when it comes to our impact on the environment.
We’re careful in selecting partners and suppliers who share our values, and we make it a point to work with those we genuinely connect with, creatively and ethically. Our entire collection is produced in Portugal, working closely with local suppliers who understand and respect our vision. (Our packaging comes from Poland, chosen for its quality and reliability.)
While we don’t claim to be fully sustainable just yet, that’s mainly because we’re still a tiny brand, operating with limited resources and limited budget. As we grow, we’re committed to taking steps in the right direction, always guided by our original inspiration and a deep respect for the ocean, which is at the heart of everything we do.
We’re proud to share who we work with and why. If you’d like to learn more about our suppliers and the stories behind each partnership, you’ll find all the details below.

Our Prices
We believe you deserve to know what you’re paying for, beyond just materials and manufacturing. As a micro-brand, every euro reflects the true cost of making thoughtful, small-batch pieces.
Here’s what’s included in the price of each Casa 32 piece:
- Quality fabrics and skilled labor: We use premium fabrics and partner with family-run workshops in Portugal, ensuring fair wages and excellent craftsmanship.
- Careful, small-scale production: Limited quantities mean higher costs per piece, but less waste and better quality.
- Custom packaging:Produced in Poland for durability and a lower environmental impact, even if it’s more expensive.
- Sampling, development, and pattern-making: Each style goes through multiple prototypes and hands-on work, with costs spread across fewer pieces.
- Campaigns and creative content: Every shoot and campaign is a real investment for us, helping bring our vision to life.
- Day-to-day operations: A small team manages everything, from the website to customer care, so every order gets our full attention.
We also include a margin to reinvest in future collections, cover the unexpected, and build a more sustainable business, without cutting corners or compromising our values.
Thank you for supporting a more open, thoughtful approach to fashion.
