RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work at Casa 32.

SECTION 1 – RETURNS

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only for orders delivered within Europe.
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • With all original tags and hygiene stickers (for swimwear) attached 
    • In their original condition and packaging 

To request a return, email us at hello@casa32studio.com with your order number and reason for return.

SECTION 2 – RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We offer an easy return option for a flat fee of €5.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label (when applicable). Please ensure the parcel is shipped back within 7 days of approval.

SECTION 3 – REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the €5.50 return shipping fee.
  • Please note:
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Items that do not meet return conditions may not be refunded

SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or returned without hygiene stickers intact cannot be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on:
    • Final sale items (if clearly marked at checkout)
    • Gift cards

SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

SECTION 6 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@casa32studio.com with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
