At the moment, our bikinis are available in sizes S to L. As a small, independent brand, we're starting with a limited size range, but we hope to expand and offer more sizes in the future. We have shipping available to a wide variety of locations. Some locations due to their difficulty in access may not be available at this time, however if you have any interest do send us an email at hello@casa32studio.com and we will do our best!

Shipping is from France, with delivery times and rates calculated at checkout. Within Europe, expect your order in 2–8 business days. For international destinations, delivery can take 10–20 business days, depending on your location. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

EUROPEAN UNION, UK, SWITZERLAND, USA & AUSTRALIA

All duties, customs, and taxes are included in your order—nothing extra will be charged upon delivery.

Rest of Europe & Rest of the World

You may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package arrives in your country. Casa 32 does not control or predict these charges, so any additional costs for taxes, duties, or customs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you choose to decline a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you’ll be responsible for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges related to returning the package.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We dispatch orders within 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays).

Delivery times are:

• France: 2–4 business days
• Portugal, Spain, Italy: 3–6 business days
• Other EU countries: 4–8 business days
• International:10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates, and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

We hope you love your Casa 32 piece, but if not, returns are accepted for European orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags (and hygiene stickers for swimwear) intact.

• Returns are at your expense—a flat €2.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
• We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. For a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Please note: Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Worn or washed swimwear, or items missing hygiene stickers, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please email us at hello@casa32studio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll sort it out quickly—whether that means a replacement, refund, or other solution.
