SHIPPING POLICY

 

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and outlines how and when we deliver products to you.

1. SHIPPING REGIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All countries within the European Union (including France, Portugal, Italy, Spain, and others)
  • Selected international destinations, including Brazil, the United States, and countries in Southeast Asia

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@studio32.boutique and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order value.

  • Within Europe: A fixed shipping fee is applied at checkout. The fee and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
  •  Outside Europe (including Brazil, US, Southeast Asia): A fixed international shipping fee is applied and calculated at checkout. This fee depends on your destination and will be included in your final order total. Delivery times vary by country.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4–5 business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 2–4 business days
  • Portugal, Spain, Italy: 3–6 business days
  • Other EU countries: 4–8 business days
  • International destinations: 10–20 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

3. FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

We may offer free shipping on EU and international orders above a certain value.
When available, this option will be clearly indicated at checkout.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding French public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

5. TRACKING

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel ships.
If you need support with delivery, please reach out to us at any time.

6. PRE-ORDERS

For any item marked as pre-order, expected delivery windows will be noted on the product page.
Pre-order items ship as soon as they become available.

7. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel is delayed by more than 14 business days, please contact us at hello@casa32studio.com
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

8. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For EU orders: No additional customs charges apply.

For international orders (outside the EU):
You may be responsible for local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about any potential charges.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time.
